Natural Gemstone and Solid Gold Pendant
A glorious natural gemstone is set in bubbled solid gold, inspired by the textures of the natural world.
Each of these handmade pendants is first created in wax and then cast into precious metal. As the molten metal pours through the gold around the stone it perfectly replaces the wax and leaves a unique, one of a kind golden treasure. I can make it in 9ct yellow, white or rose gold. Only natural diamonds, rubies and sapphires are strong enough to withstand the heat of the process but thankfully sapphires come in a huge range of colours as alongside the traditional blue. This allows for an enormous variety of designs.
